The Law Office of Richard J. Soleymanzadeh, P.C. provides clients with a full range of legal services, focusing on quality of services as well as client satisfaction. The firm’s primary practice is in the area of litigation involving various complex disputes concerning: claim of title, fraudulent/improper deed transfers, misrepresentation, fraud, specific performance, foreclosure, partition, property damage, eviction, estate, condemnation and NYC School Construction Authority, collection, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, negligence, personal injury, and professional malpractice. The firm manages each and every matter in preparation for trial and possible appellate practice, while always anticipating the prospect of negotiations and settlement. The firm has extensive experience with transactional business such as purchasing or selling a business, commercial or residential property, non compete agreements, employment and service contracts.

The principle of the firm, Richard J. Soleymanzadeh, is admitted to the New York State Bar, Federal Court for both the Eastern and Southern District of New York as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, and has argued before the Appellate Division multiple times.


RICHARD J. SOLEYMANZADEH

Prior to development of his own firm, Richard J. Soleymanzadeh was an associate of various firms specializing in real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury and malpractice. Mr. Soleymanzadeh also interned/clerked for: the Honorable Federal Judge Jacob Mishler, United States District Court, E.D.N.Y., Uniondale, N.Y.; the Uniondale law firm of Rivkin, Radler and Kremer; the Honorable Senator Alfonse D'Amato, Senate Banking and Finance Committee, Washington, D.C. and the City of Long Beach Corporation Counsel. In addition, Mr. Soleymanzadeh was an Adjunct Professor for Brooklyn College, C.U.N.Y., where he taught Business Law I and II.

Mr. Soleymanzadeh, received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business in May, 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Hofstra University's School of Law in May, 2000 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in March, 2001. He is also admitted in Federal Court for both the Eastern and Southern District of New York as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Soleymanzadeh is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association.
